2. Cancellation Policy

Consulting Services

  • Can be cancelled with 24 hours notice without penalty
  • Same-day cancellations may incur a 50% charge
  • No-shows will be charged full rate
  • Recurring retainers require 30 days notice

Development Projects

  • Projects can be cancelled at any milestone
  • 30 days written notice required for ongoing projects
  • Work completed to date will be delivered
  • Final invoice covers work performed plus reasonable wind-down costs

3. Refund Policy

General Principle

Refunds are based on work not yet performed or delivered, minus reasonable costs incurred.

Consulting Refunds

  • Unused retainer hours: 100% refundable
  • Prepaid sessions cancelled >24hrs: 100% refund
  • Sessions cancelled <24hrs: 50% refund
  • No-show sessions: No refund

Development Project Refunds

  • Refund = Total paid - Work completed - Setup costs
  • Completed milestones are non-refundable
  • Partially completed work charged at hourly rate
  • Third-party costs (licenses, services) non-refundable

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Third-party software licenses purchased on client behalf
  • Cloud infrastructure costs already incurred
  • External service fees (APIs, hosting, etc.)
  • Work products already delivered and accepted
  • Setup and onboarding costs for projects >$10,000

6. Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with a refund decision:

  • Contact us within 30 days of the decision
  • Provide detailed reasoning and supporting documentation
  • We'll review and provide a final decision within 10 business days
  • Further disputes may be subject to arbitration per our Terms of Service
